She believes that counselling is not only about addressing distress, but also about helping people understand themselves better, build emotional strength, and create healthier patterns in their personal, academic, family, and professional lives.
Her work combines counselling psychology, positive psychology, organizational psychology, and research-based insights to offer support that is compassionate, relatable, and action-oriented.
Whether she is working with an adolescent struggling with school pressure, a parent trying to support their child, an individual navigating emotional concerns, or an organization trying to improve employee wellbeing, her focus remains the same — to help people feel heard, supported, and equipped with tools to thrive.
A significant part of Dr. Glory’s work focuses on adolescents and parents. Her doctoral research on adolescent wellbeing and academic stress has shaped her understanding of the emotional realities young people face today — from academic pressure and comparison to confidence issues, emotional overwhelm, and uncertainty about the future.
She supports adolescents in developing healthier coping skills, emotional awareness, confidence, and resilience. She also works with parents to help them understand their children better, respond with greater calm and clarity, and build stronger emotional connection at home.
Dr. Glory has worked with several reputed organizations nationally and internationally, conducting sessions on mental health, workplace wellbeing, leadership, emotional intelligence, stress management, communication, and resilience.
Her corporate sessions are designed to be engaging, practical, and reflective, helping employees and leaders understand emotional wellbeing not as an abstract concept, but as an essential foundation for healthier performance, collaboration, and workplace culture.
Dr. Glory believes that every individual has the capacity to grow, heal, adapt, and flourish when given the right support, awareness, and tools.
Her work is guided by the belief that emotional wellbeing is not a luxury — it is a foundation for healthier families, confident young people, meaningful work, and more fulfilling lives.
